The Jester has been tested according to European standards to derive the urban cycle and extra-urban cycle energy consumption and range. The car is shown here during tests on the rolling road. During these tests a maximum speed of 114 km/h (71 mph) was recorded. The energy consumption was 121 Wh/km for the urban cycle and 155 Wh/km for the extra–urban cycle. This equates to a maximum range of 326 km (202 miles) from a full charge of the batteries. Only 33 out of the 34 groups of batteries were in use at that time.
